All rooms have got centralized air conditioning system, LCD TV, private toilets with shower, hairdryer, strongbox and a small fridge.
The rooms are soberly furnished, to give our guests a comfortable environment.
Everything will be cured in their smallest details, to make sure the guests will have a pleasant stay.
We will serve you everyday a sweet breakfast with homemade cakes and cold or hot drinks.

- For kids until the 3 years are available cots for 9€ per day.
- For kids between 3 and 6 years, will be applied a 30% discount on adults’ rate.
- Small size pets are accepted, provided they won’t be let alone in the room while the guests aren’t in
- A 10% discount will be applied on the rate for second week of staying fot groups of 8+ adults, with minimum 3 overnight staying. ( This discount isn’t valid duing the month of august )
- Check in: 15:00 – 20:00. Check out: within 10.30
- Breakfast time: 8:00 – 10:00
- 30% advance paying, not refundable
- If the management will need to cancel the booking, we will immediately warn you, and, when possible, offer an alternative accommodation.
- Bookings will be carried out by e-mail or fax, and guaranteed with credit card or with 30% advance of the total amount.
- In case of early departure or of “non-show”, the guest will be required to pay the whole amount.
